Paul Francis

Paul Francis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and operations leadership. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Leader at Andersen Corporation since August 2021, Paul has demonstrated expertise in multi-site planning, collaborative problem solving, and demand management. Prior to this, Paul held significant roles at General Mills, including Operations Business Manager and Operations Manager for Pillsbury Frozen & Refrigerated Baked Goods, overseeing a substantial budget and leading a large team. Paul's earlier experience at Honeywell Aerospace encompassed various management roles, focusing on production, maintenance, and procurement while improving operational efficiencies. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
