Paul Hatfield

Paul Hatfield has extensive experience in quality, field service, and customer support, having held various leadership roles at companies such as Andersen Corporation and CNH Industrial. They served as the Field Service Manager and Division Service Manager at Andersen Corporation from 2000 to 2009, focusing on service management and technical training. Hatfield was the Sr. Director of Aftermarket Solutions at CNH Industrial, overseeing service and product support for major commercial brands, and is currently the Director of Quality and Field Service at ATMAX Equipment Co. They are also pursuing education at Radford University in the College of Business and Economics.
