Shawn Salmon is an experienced quality and manufacturing engineer with a robust background in supplier quality and initial quality improvements. Currently serving as a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer at Polaris Industries since August 2018, Shawn has previously held various roles at Andersen Corporation from 2001 to the present, including Quality Engineer and Quality Engineer II, focusing on unit performance testing and supplier quality. Prior experience includes working as a Quality Engineer in the commercialization group at Eastman Kodak from June 2000 to January 2003. Shawn holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
