Stacha Reed has over two decades of experience in the field of composites technology, currently serving as the Senior Director of Composites Technology Support and Pultrusion Operations at Andersen Corporation since January 2000. With a strong background in engineering and quality management, Stacha has held various leadership positions including Director of Composites Technology Support and RD&I Manager for the Vinyl Business, where responsibilities included product development and certification. Stacha has also led initiatives in sustainable materials as the Coatings Competency Leader and has extensive experience in managing technical teams and projects, contributing to significant cost savings and development methodologies. Stacha Reed holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
