Teri Rainey, RACR, is a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources across various industries. Currently employed at Andersen Corporation since March 2022, Teri previously held recruitment positions at UVA Health System, UnityPoint Health, and Premise Health, demonstrating a strong background in sourcing and evaluating candidates for diverse roles, particularly in healthcare. Prior to specializing in recruitment, Teri worked in educational roles as a teacher and held HR-related positions at Select Comfort, YMCA of Northwest North Carolina, and Sara Lee Underwear, managing candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and employee training initiatives. Teri holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Loyola University Chicago and has a solid foundation in recruitment strategies that has resulted in hiring significant numbers of candidates annually.
