Thomas (Tom) Gasser is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in advanced manufacturing and process development. Currently serving as the Advanced Manufacturing Systems & Processes Engineering Manager at Andersen Corporation since December 2013, Thomas facilitates the transfer of new products and technology from research and development to production. Previous roles include Process Development Engineering Manager at Donaldson, where Thomas led efforts in the development of polyurethane systems for advanced filtration, and Advanced Process Development Engineer at St. Jude Medical, achieving significant improvements in medical device validation processes. At Seagate Technology, Thomas held multiple positions, including Staff Advanced Process Development Engineer and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, contributing to equipment and process development for high-volume disk drive production. Thomas holds a B.A. in Physics and Psychology from St. Olaf College and graduated from Stillwater High School.
