Tom Hipple

Tom Hipple is a Senior Scrum Master and Agile Coach with over twenty years of experience in software development leadership. Currently, at Andersen Corporation, they focus on agile coaching and performance improvements for multiple teams. Previously, Tom held senior roles at companies including U.S. Bank and Thomson Reuters, managing large budgets and delivering high-quality technology solutions. They began their career as a Software Engineer at Thomson West, mentoring new engineers and developing applications. Tom holds a BS in Management Information Systems and Business from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
