With over 15 years of experience, Dehui previously worked as an R&D Technical Manager at Interstar Pigments, managing complex R&D projects and developing novel formulations for various coatings. They also held postdoctoral research fellow positions at Queen's University and Université de Sherbrooke, focusing on the design and synthesis of functional polymer materials.
