Sam Braverman

Shareholder, National Co-chair White Collar Defense Group

Sam Braverman serves as a Shareholder and National Co-Chair of the White Collar Defense Group at Anderson Kill, specializing in government enforcement and internal investigations since February 2023. With extensive experience, Braverman has held significant roles such as Director and Treasurer at the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and Membership on the White Collar Crime Committee of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Additional contributions include serving as a Delegate in the House of Delegates for the New York State Bar Association and as a Director with the Bronx County Bar Association. An adjunct professor at Pace University Law School, Braverman has also been a founding partner of a boutique criminal and civil litigation practice and previously managed a law office focused on white collar criminal defense. Braverman holds a J.D. from Duke University School of Law, an Advanced Management Program certification from Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth, and a B.A. in Economics and Public Policy from Dartmouth College.
