Brian Crouch

Brian Crouch is a self-motivated professional with extensive experience in operations and engineering management. Currently serving as Sr. Operations Manager at Anderson Process since April 2023, Brian previously held the position of Manufacturing Engineering Manager at ACE Controls Inc. for nearly five years. Brian's background includes significant roles at HARMAN International, where responsibilities ranged from Principal Engineer Process to leading automation projects and developing manufacturing processes. Additional experience as Project Engineer at Michigan Roll Form involved designing machinery and tooling for various industries. Starting as a Technician at Industrial Service Technology, Brian gained a solid foundation in manufacturing, assembly, and product development. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Grand Valley State University.
