Jason Wei

Jason Wei has over 17 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, demonstrating expertise in system-on-chip (SOC) development and project management. As SOC Department Manager at Rdc Semiconductor Co Ltd from August 2002 to January 2019, Jason led multiple projects from customer specification discussions to mass production. In the role of Department Manager at 創意電子 from January 2019 to November 2021, Jason directed the CPUSS team and focused on ARM CPU subsystem development, post-silicon debugging, and SOC integration. Most recently, Jason served as Deputy Director at Andes Technology Corporation in September 2022, where responsibilities included leading an SOC team to deliver RISC-V system IP and platform projects while coordinating hardware and software resources. Jason holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from National Chung Cheng University, completed in 2002.
