KC Lin has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. 林坤成 is currently the Associate Vice President RD-Software Division at Andes Technology Corporation, a position they have held since April 2020. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Andes Technology Corporation, including Senior Director and Director of the Software Division, starting in 2009.

Before joining Andes Technology Corporation, KC Lin had a stint at Nuvoton Technology Corporation from 2008 to 2008, where they served as a Technology Executive and Assistant Vice President in the Consumer Electronic Business Group and Micro Controller Product Center, respectively.

From 2005 to 2008, KC Lin served as an Assistant Vice President at Winbond Electronics Corporation, leading both the Logic Design Technology Center and the Micro Controller Product Center.

At Winbond Electronics Corp., KC Lin held various positions from 1991 to 2005. 林坤成 served as the Director of the Micro-Controller Business R&D Division, overseeing the development of 8-bit and 32-bit microcontrollers. Before joining J. Bond Computer System Corp., KC Lin worked at ITRI/ERSO from 1983 to 1990, where they served as an Engineer and Project Leader in the System Software Design Department, contributing to the development of debugger tools and simulators.

林坤成 KC earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Tamkang University, graduating in 1981. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science & Information Engineering at the same university, completing their studies in 1983.
