Simon Wang

Simon Wang began their work experience in 2011 at MOXA, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer. Simon was involved in the development of an IoT framework, including designing the architecture and messaging protocol. Simon also had project management responsibilities and experience in recruiting new employees.

In 2016, Simon joined MediaTek as a Senior Software Engineer. Here, they served as the Software Architect for the Android Camera 3A HAL, leading a taskforce and a refactor project. Their work spanned from the Android native framework to the Camera 3A HAL and Linux kernel driver.

Since 2019, Simon has been employed at Andes Technology Corporation as a Technical Marketing Manager and Product Manager. Their responsibilities include planning AI/NN/ML solutions and managing projects, defining product specifications and pricing strategies. Simon is also involved in planning RISC-V CPU BSP software products and overseeing their life cycle.

Simon Wang completed their Master's Degree in Electrical and Control Engineering from National Chiao Tung University from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they had completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the same university from 2004 to 2008.
