Webber Tseng

Webber Tseng is a Senior Technical Manager at Andes Technology Corporation, where they focus on CPU implementation and performance benchmarks. Previously, they held roles as a Staff and Principal Application Engineer at ARM, and also worked as a Senior Physical Design Engineer at Novatek and GUC.
