Michelle Copelman has worked in the fashion industry for over 15 years. michelle began their career in 2005 as a Design Intern at Nanette Lepore and subsequently held internships at Marc Jacobs, Alexander Wang Inc., and Polo Ralph Lauren. In 2007, they were a PR Intern at Giorgio Armani. In 2009, they worked as a designer of accessories, footwear, baby, and brand curator at J.Crew. From 2015 to 2018, Michelle worked as a Design Director at Solid & Striped. michelle then served as Design Director at Victoria's Secret from 2018 to 2020, followed by their current role as VP of Design at Outdoor Voices. Most recently, they were appointed VP of Brand & Design at Andie in 2020.

Michelle Copelman attended Great Neck North High School from 2000 to 2005, earning a High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. michelle then attended Parsons School of Design - The New School from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a BFA in Fashion Design.
