Founded in 1983 to act as ship agent in order to attend the international traffic of vessels at all Ecuadorian Ports. It offers reliable and independent ship agency services.

Andigrain
Commenced operations in 1996 as the exclusive port operator for Andinave S. A. it controls 7.500 m2 of warehouses and yards at the Port of Guayaquil. These warehouses are used for the storage of cargo handled by Andinave S.A. and other agencies, providing the link between the vessel and the final consignee.

Andipuerto
Andipuerto Guayaquil S. A. won the tender issued by Port Authorities of Guayaquil in 1999 for the concession of the Dry Bulk & Multipurpose Terminal for 25 years with exclusive rights for handling bulk / grain cargo. The terminal can also operate general cargo, Steel and containers.

Pacificlink
Established in 1993 at Guayaquil – Ecuador, Pacificlink S. A. acts as cargo agent, freight forwarder, and NVOCC providing a unique responsibility for the diverse transportation and logistic needs of its customers. We are positioned to handle air and ocean shipments, and meet custom regulations, documentation, transportation services, local or cross-frontier road operations, warehousing and distribution.

Terminal Logístico Durán
Established in 2012, it offers a strategic dry-bulk storage terminal located in an industrial site at the city of Duran (North east of Guayaquil). The facility on its first phase will count with seven flat bottom bins with a capacity of 4,000 MT each.

Convector
Established in 2013, it reflects the group philosophy in extending freight services in relation to customers’ requirements and filling the gap from port facilities to their own factories or private facilities.
