We turn ventures into movements. Andiron uses hard-hitting, often experimental communications to make fast-growing companies irresistible. We deliver out-sized impact through lean and scalable MarComms.

We have pioneered movement making. Movement making isn’t only a values-based choice, it’s the commercially best thing to do.

Movement making supercharges coherent brand development and creates the platform that lowers the cost of customer acquisition long term while delivering sector dominance. We give a founder wings.

With Andiron you are never alone on your adventure.

Like the standard definition of an andiron, we help discipline the fire that is at the heart of any promising venture, giving it the structure and the oxygen it needs to burn as bright as it possibly can.

Andiron exists to support and amplify this brightness in early to mid-stage ventures and help use marketing and communications to rapidly build a sustainable business or shape a profitable exit. Put simply, we use communications to increase the value of every company we work with.

Speaking hard truths, qualitative insights, active strategic direction, proprietary technology, ground-shifting media coverage and a whole lot of hard work --that is our stock in trade.

We are a selective and ethics-driven communications group that is part management consultant, part strategic communications and marketing advisor, and part venture capital partner. Unlike venture capital, Andiron has pioneered a “venture communications” model. We carefully choose who we work with, because enlightened relationships and the potential for powerful growth go hand-in-hand.
