John Small

John Small is currently the Chief Digital & Change Officer at Andium Homes, where they drive the organization’s digital initiatives. They serve as a Director on the board of Jersey Sport, a charity focused on promoting health and public participation in sport. Previously, John held various roles including Senior Manager and Senior Investigator at the Jersey Financial Services Commission, and Business Improvement Project Manager at the Government of Jersey. They began their career as a Software Developer at Jendev and have since taken on significant leadership roles, including Innovation Delivery Lead at Altair Group. John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Biology from Edge Hill University.
