Mark Furlet

Mark Furlet has had a successful career in sales and leasing, primarily in the wholesale trade industry. Mark served as the Vice President of Sales and Leasing at International Market Centers, where they were responsible for negotiating and selling leases for over 1.5 million square feet of trade showrooms across multiple cities. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Leasing for AmericasMart Atlanta, overseeing the leasing of 1.5 million square feet of trade show space. Mark also has experience at Merchandise Mart Properties, Inc., where they held various roles such as Vice President of Gift + Home and Vice President & General Manager of the L.A. Mart. In these roles, they managed large facilities, budgets, and teams while also handling sales, marketing, operations, and tenant relations. Earlier in their career, Mark worked as a Settlement Manager at Sandman, Levy & Petrich, where they successfully settled a majority of workers' compensation and liability claims.

Mark Furlet attended Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2020 for a program in Negotiation Mastery. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from National Louis University.
