Ivan Genadiev is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations across various industries. Currently serving as General Partner at Andon Okapi and Chairman at Pneuma, Inc., Ivan has also held the position of Senior Advisor at Carista since April 2013. Previously, Ivan was Managing Director & COO at ALTA SEMPER CAPITAL LLP and Chief Operating Officer for E-Commerce at Jumia Group. As the Founder & CEO of Teres Capital, Ivan demonstrated entrepreneurial expertise, complemented by roles such as Board Director at Flipps and Vice President at Entrea Capital. Ivan’s early career included positions at Tegris LLC and Global Crossing, culminating in a solid foundation with a BA in International Relations (Honors) from the University of Pennsylvania.
