Eric Brett

Eric Brett has a diverse range of work experience spanning different roles and industries. Eric is currently working at Andover Properties as the Vice President of Acquisitions since December 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Associate from January 2022 to December 2022, Associate from June 2021 to January 2022, and Senior Analyst from June 2020 to May 2021 at the same company.

Before joining Andover Properties, Eric was associated with WeWork where they served as the Associate Director of Real Estate from January 2019 to December 2019, and as an Associate in the Real Estate department from January 2018 to December 2018.

Eric also gained experience as a Financial Lines Underwriter at Chubb North America from June 2015 to December 2017. Additionally, they worked briefly as a Real Estate Brokerage at Newmark Knight Frank in June and July 2014, and at GE Capital Real Estate in June and August 2013.

Eric Brett attended Blind Brook High School from 2007 to 2011. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from Penn State University, which they earned from 2011 to 2015.
