Robert Smith

Robert Smith, Jr. has a diverse range of work experience in finance and accounting. Robert served as the Chief Financial Officer at Andover Properties LLC since October 2015. Before that, they worked at Edison Properties, LLC for many years, holding various roles including Vice President of Financial Operations - Manhattan Ministorage, Treasurer, Director of Reporting and Tax, Manager of Financial Planning & Reporting, and Senior Accountant. Prior to that, they were a Senior Accountant at The Wiz and Smolin Lupin & Co. Robert started their career as a Staff Accountant at Rayfield & Licata, CPAs in 1989.

Robert Smith, Jr. obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Real Estate Finance from New York University between 2001 and 2005. Robert also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Rutgers University - Newark. Additionally, Robert is a Certified Public Accountant certified by The State of New Jersey.
