What drives our approach to leadership development?

Leadership development is a well-trodden pathway, with hundreds of thousands of books, courses, workshops. We’ve read many of them, we’ve experienced many of them. As a small and dynamic team, we can’t (and don’t want to) compete with the large consultancies and training organisations. So, what’s different about andQFIVE?

Put people first, not theory
Business success is built on people. When a team or organisation has a leader who really understands how to make the most of every individual – and every relationship – great things soon follow. That’s why andQFIVE’s leadership focus is on the relationships and interactions that make things happen.

Put data over myths
Neuroscience and cognitive psychology help us better understand what makes people tick. We share this insight with your leaders, marrying proven techniques with their personal uniqueness to help every individual become exceptional. It’s an exciting journey where leaders can measure their success story.

Partners rather than products
We believe there’s no one-size-fits all approach to successful leadership development. That’s why our focus is always firmly on the outcomes you are seek, and the kind of experience you want your leaders to have. We might challenge you either to raise the bar or limit your expectations. But we’ll do so as partners creating something unique to your organisation, not suppliers selling an off-the-shelf ‘product’.

“We support organisations to reach greater heights by enabling leaders to grow their personalities and performance and that of their teams.”
