Laurence Piketty is the founder of ELAN CONSEIL and has held numerous influential positions in the fields of energy, waste management, and nuclear safety. They served as an engineering researcher at Veolia from 1994 to 1995 and were a technical advisor in the Prime Minister's office from 2011 to 2012. Between 2013 and 2016, Laurence was the director of nuclear decommissioning and remediation at CEA, following a directorship at the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research. Currently, they are a member of the boards of ANDRA and SFRP, as well as the vice-president of Chimie ParisTech - PSL, all while continuing their leadership at ELAN CONSEIL. Laurence earned a doctorate in physics from Université Pierre et Marie Curie and an engineering degree from Ecole nationale supérieure de Chimie de Paris.
