LIEBARD Florence has extensive experience in the field of radioprotection and radioactive waste management. Currently, at Andra since January 2013, LIEBARD serves as Referente Colis/Inventaires/Chroniques du Programme Cigeo and Chef du service Connaissance des Colis et des Inventaires, focusing on the national inventory of radioactive materials and waste and capitalizing on knowledge related to waste disposal. Previous roles include Chargée d'évaluation de la sûreté des laboratoires and usines de Défense at IRSN, along with expertise in radioprotection and crisis management. LIEBARD also worked as Consultante Radioprotection at Hemisphères and as an Ingénieur-chercheur in radiotoxicology at CEA, where a doctoral thesis on macrophage role in actinide distribution was completed.
