Bongai Beta

Bongai Beta is a Senior Process Engineer at Andrada Mining, specializing in metallurgical and process engineering within the mining industry. With extensive international experience in Zimbabwe, South Africa, and Namibia, Bongai has worked on a variety of commodities including gold, iron ore, tin, tantalite, and lithium. They have a strong background in project management, data analysis, and operational improvements, leading various projects from design to implementation. Bongai holds a BSc Hons in Engineering, Metallurgy from the University of Zimbabwe and a Master of Science in Project Management from the University of Pretoria. Currently, Bongai is pursuing further certifications in Geo-metallurgy and Lean Six Sigma.
