Director, Andrea Collins has been building high performing recruitment teams for 20+ years!

Areas of specialty include recruiting recruiters across all sectors, supporting recruiters in moving to Australia and finding work, internal talent position, championing more diverse recruitment teams – especially at a senior level.

I founded Connecting Recruiters in 2017 after 13-years in industry. Please see my main profile here - https://www.linkedin.com/in/connectingrecruiters/. At that time I was frustrated with the level of service offered to me by rec2rec recruiters who didn’t offer a true consultative approach to help me find the perfect cultural match for my career!

I also noticed a lack of female leadership and guidance at this point, recruitment is a niche industry with more women than men until leadership when the dynamic switches and men take prominence in leadership roles. I wanted to offer ambitious women a chance to take their careers further as well as being able to build businesses fit for the future - after all, female led businesses consistently perform better than their male dominated competitors! 🚀

This formed the ethos of Connected Recruiters as well as knowing that matching cultural fit and growth goals is crucial to success.

I’m excited to connect with agencies looking to grow as well as recruiters seeking their next chapter - even if that involves supporting you in your immigration to Australia! I can support professionals from ambitious graduates or career changers through to Directors looking for their next challenge. 👇
