Andy Hill

Andy Hill serves as General Counsel at Andreessen Horowitz since August 2022. Prior to this role, Andy was a Partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer for a brief period in 2022 and held the same title at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from February 2018 to May 2022. Andy's experience also includes serving as a Partner at Goodwin Procter LLP between June 2013 and February 2018 and as an Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from October 2008 to May 2013. Earlier in Andy's career, financial analysis was performed at IBM from February 2003 to April 2005 and an internship in Information Technology took place at Sun Microsystems from January 2000 to February 2003. Educational achievements include a JD from USC Gould School of Law earned between 2005 and 2008 and a B.S. in Finance and Information Systems from the University of Colorado Boulder, completed in 2002.
