Eva Steinman

Eva Steinman is an accomplished investment professional with a focus on bio and health investing, currently serving as an Investment Partner at Andreessen Horowitz since May 2025. Prior experience includes roles as an Investor at Left Lane Capital from June 2023 to May 2025, and an Investment Banking Analyst and Equities Trader at Morgan Stanley from June 2021 to June 2023. Additionally, Steinman worked in growth and finance at Geneva from January 2020 to January 2021 and was a Venture Fellow at New Enterprise Associates (NEA) from January 2019 to January 2020. Steinman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Economics from Columbia University and is an alumna of Horace Mann School.
