Frank Chen

Frank Chen is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in product management, user interface design, and operations across various prominent companies. Currently a Partner at Andreessen Horowitz since August 2009, Frank focuses on aiding entrepreneurs in developing impactful software companies. Prior roles include VP of Products & UI Design at HP Software post-acquisition of Opsware, where Frank served as VP of Products and UI Design, driving product development for automation software. Frank also held leadership positions at Loudcloud, Respond.com, Netscape Communications, Oracle Corporation, and GO Corporation, showcasing a consistent trajectory of building and managing teams to deliver innovative technology solutions. Frank holds a B.S. in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University.
