James da Costa

James da Costa is a Partner at Andreessen Horowitz, focusing on investments in B2B and Enterprise AI companies since 2024. As a Co-Founder of Fingo Africa, James is developing a pan-African Neobank aimed at Africa's youth, starting in 2021. James also served as an Advisor at Pika from 2023 to 2024, contributing to the foundation model for entertainment, and has been involved with the Stanford Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence as a Researcher during the same period. Additionally, James holds the position of Investing Partner at Dorm Room Fund.
