Lester Chen

Lester Chen is a seasoned professional in the digital media and gaming sectors, currently serving as a Partner and Head of Creators at Andreessen Horowitz since July 2022. Prior to this role, Lester held multiple key positions at YouTube from July 2018 to August 2022, including Global Head of Gaming Creators and Head of Gaming Content Partnerships for the Americas. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Live & Esports at Machinima and various roles in media planning at Universal McCann and Starcom MediaVest Group. Lester holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
