Greg Scott

Greg Scott is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction management, specializing in multifamily and mixed-use developments. Current tenure at Andres Construction Services commenced in January 2021, where responsibilities include project budget management, subcontract negotiation, and overall project oversight. Prior roles encompass project management positions at Jordan Foster Construction LLC, Sage Environmental Consulting, Tepa, LLC, and HENSEL PHELPS, where Scott successfully led numerous significant projects including the $57 million La Cantera Phase II and the $45 million Company Operation Facility. A graduate of the US Coast Guard Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Scott demonstrates a commitment to quality construction practices and project success.
