Jordan King has a diverse background in customer success and program coordination, with experience spanning various roles and organizations. Starting as a Retail Associate at Delaware North Companies and then serving as a Diversity Student Assistant at the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point, Jordan quickly advanced to positions such as Financial Aid Advisor at Bryant & Stratton College and Program Assistant/Event Coordinator at Northwestern University. Jordan further developed skills in customer relations as a Customer Success Advisor at Sovos, followed by a role as Customer Success Specialist at Rubicon. Currently, Jordan holds the position of Customer Success Manager at Routeware, Inc.
