Paul Blaha

Paul Blaha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer engagement and service implementation. Currently serving as the Vice President of Professional Services at Routeware, Inc. since June 2023, Paul previously held various senior roles at Cornerstone OnDemand from November 2011 to June 2023, including Senior Director of Customer Engagement and Director of Global Services Enablement. Earlier career experience includes positions as a Technical Consultant at Kenexa and as a Senior Client Service Analyst at Fiserv. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Nebraska Wesleyan University, earned between 2000 and 2004.
