Rick Baez

Rick Baez, MBA, PMP, currently serves as a Project Manager at Routeware, Inc. since January 2022, where project objectives are aligned with business goals through strategic planning for project delivery. Previously, Rick held the position of Account Executive at Waste Management from February 2015 to March 2022, acting as the primary contact for key stakeholders and managing account needs in compliance with regulations. Prior to this, Rick was a Route Manager at Waste Management, managing acquisitions and developing operational schedules to ensure customer satisfaction. Rick's career began at Brookfield Global Relocation Services as a Relocation Associate. Rick holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Management and Leadership from Purdue Global, and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Arizona State University, complemented by a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
