Ageu Silva, Jr. is a professional with 40 years of experience in the Pulp & Paper industry, currently serving as the LATAM Divisional Director for Recovery and Power Divisions at ANDRITZ. Previously, Ageu held various roles, including Recovery and Utilities Executive Manager at Suzano Papel e Celulose and Senior Boiler Specialist at Andritz, Inc. Ageu possesses extensive leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and a high level of expertise in recovery boiler operations and equipment performance. Ageu earned an MBA in Enterprise Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos.
