Michael Kirdzik possesses extensive experience in engineering and operations management, currently serving as Operations Manager and previously as Engineering Manager at ANDRITZ since May 2021. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Manager of Design and Drafting at Kaman Aerospace Corporation from June 2017 to May 2021. Michael's career began at The Spencer Turbine Company, where roles included Product Engineering Manager, Manufacturing Manager, R&D Manager, and R&D Engineer from 1997 to June 2017. Michael holds a Master of Science degree in Technology Management from Central Connecticut State University and additional education from the University of Connecticut.
