Robert Lara

Robert Lara is an experienced Spectrum Manager and Telecommunications Specialist with a robust background in spectrum management, certification, and technology transition. Currently serving as the Sr. Federal Programs Tech Transition Specialist at ANDRO Computational Solutions, LLC, Robert leads advancements in next-generation technologies, including cognitive radio communication and wireless cybersecurity. Previous roles include serving as the Spectrum Manager at Army Futures Command, where Robert provided senior advisory support, and as a Test Engineer Sr. at Envision Innovative Solutions, focusing on defense acquisition regulations.
