David Nelson

David Nelson is a Principal Mechanical Engineer at Andromeda Systems Incorporated, where David specializes in Reliability, Maintainability & Supportability. Prior to their current role, David served as the Sunstainment Engineering Division Chief Engineer and Senior Engineer at Wyle Laboratories, focusing on maintenance and reliability engineering in the defense and aerospace industry. With a 20-year career in the US Navy as a Naval Aviator and Helicopter Pilot, David accumulated over 3000 hours in SH-3H and H-60 variants. David holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, an MS in Political Science from Auburn University at Montgomery, and completed education at USAF Air Command and Staff College.
