Sovandy Tan

Sovandy TAN is an experienced production manager with a robust background in the agro-food industry, currently serving as Responsable de production process at ANDROS since September 2016, overseeing a workforce of 280 employees and managing an annual production of 100,000 tons of yogurt and desserts. Responsibilities include overseeing the entire production process from milk reception to packaging, with additional duties as the deputy factory director. Previous roles at ANDROS included Responsable de production conditionnement, where management encompassed the conditioning and shipping of products, and Ingénieur conditionnement, focusing on team development and process optimization through continuous improvement initiatives. Prior experience at LENZI involved project management for production unit transfers and warehouse optimization. Sovandy TAN holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur généraliste in mécatronique from HEI and is pursuing further studies in mechanical engineering at Inha University, South Korea.
