Sylvain Lecomte

Sylvain Lecomte currently serves as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer at ANDROS since April 2025. Prior to this role, Sylvain was with Groupe Beaumanoir from March 2017 to March 2025, holding titles including DRH groupe, Dir Com, Dir RSE, and Chief Compliance Officer, overseeing the human resources for various brands such as Cache Cache, Bonobo, and Morgan. Sylvain's previous experience includes a position as DRH at Fnac from September 2011 to March 2015, where responsibilities included managing a complex organizational transition, implementing voluntary departure plans, and leading a multidisciplinary HR team. Sylvain holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from New York University and a DESS in Human Resources Management from Université Rennes 2.
