Dan Dutton

Dan Dutton is currently the Vice President of Transformation & Delivery at Andros, where they launched a client-facing product that modernizes operations. Previously, Dan held various leadership roles at Optum, including Senior Director of OptumCare Transformation, where they unified operations across 23 organizations, and Director of Business Initiatives, where they successfully managed delivery teams and developed capital planning strategies. Dan's earlier career included impactful positions at Target, where they increased sales through strategic planning and promotional strategies. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Minnesota.
