Eugene Naruta

Eugene Naruta is currently working as the Engineering Lead, Ruby at andros (formerly CredSimple), a healthcare solution company that combines data and AI for provider network management. Prior to that, they worked at BelTech / PlanSource as a Senior Software Engineer / Team Lead, where they were involved in the full cycle of software building using technologies such as Ruby on Rails, MySQL, and Git. Before that, they served as a Senior Software Engineer / Team Lead at BelTech / Ceridian, managing software engineers and working on building and testing online benefits administration solutions using C# and ASP. Eugene also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at BelTechnoSoft, where they automated build and deployment processes for enterprise applications using C#, ASP.NET, and other technologies. In addition, Eugene has experience as a Software Engineer / Team Lead at BelTech / Ceridian, where they led a team of engineers for healthcare benefits administration systems. Eugene started their career as a Software Engineer at BelTechnoSoft, developing a healthcare benefits administration system. Eugene also has previous experience as a Software Engineer at Electric Power Company of Grodno, where they developed rental software and transport management software using Borland Delphi and RDBMS. Eugene began their career as a Software Engineer Intern at Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno, working on HR and payroll software development using Borland Delphi, IBM Lotus Notes/Domino, Java, and PHP.

Eugene Naruta has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Yanka Kupala State University of Grodno, which they obtained from 2003 to 2004. Prior to that, they also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Radiophysics from the same university, from 1999 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Eugene has obtained several certifications including React: Server-Side Rendering from LinkedIn in June 2020, Agile Software Development from Lynda.com in May 2020, and Complete Developers Guide: Ruby on Rails & React with Redux from Udemy in December 2019.
