Wendy Smith

Wendy Smith has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Wendy began their career as an Executive Administrative Assistant at Maine Cardiology Associates in 2002. From there, they worked as an Administrative Assistant and Provider Relations Assistant at Great-West Healthcare from 2003 to 2004. Following that, they served as a Provider Relations Coordinator at Great-West Healthcare from 2004 to 2008. Wendy then became a Network Manager for the states of Maine and New Hampshire at United Behavioral Health from 2008 to 2013. Wendy then joined Optum, where they held various roles including Senior Network Manager for the states of Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont from 2013 to 2017. Wendy then became a Community Partner, Senior Network Manager, and Communication Extender at Optum from 2017 to 2019. Wendy'smost recent role was as a Data Analytics and Reporting Manager at Optum from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they work as a Senior Network Recruiter at Andros since 2020.

Wendy Smith attended the University of Southern Maine from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies. Additionally, in April 2021, they completed a certification titled "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" through LinkedIn.
