Danni Zou

Danni Zou, LCSW-R, is the Senior Director of Community-Based Mental Health Services at ANDRUS, a position they have held since 2022. They graduated with a Master of Social Work from New York University in 2008 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature from Williams College in 2003. Danni has extensive experience in mental health, including roles as a Faculty Fellow and Clinic Director at ANDRUS and a Senior Tutor at Inspirica from 2005 to 2017. They were a member of the inaugural class of the Leadership Academy, focusing on management training through a trauma-informed lens.
