Laura Hermann

Laura Hermann is an experienced professional in organizational change, currently serving as an Advisor in Organizational Change at Simple since September 2022, focusing on energy transition impacts for family offices. Simultaneously, Laura holds the position of Executive Officer at Potentiary since June 2020, where expertise is applied to guide clients in managing organizational change. As Engagement Lead at IP3 since May 2017, Laura leverages two decades of experience to navigate relations among nuclear regulators and communities in the context of energy sovereignty. Previous roles include Partner at Potomac Communications Group, where strategic counsel was provided on infrastructure projects, and various positions in communications, education, and media, including Senior Education Manager at American Red Cross and Writer/Producer at The Heartland Cafe.
