Andtec Consulting, founded in 2017, helps Spanish and international organisations to protec project profit withinj engineering and construction projects

Our clients are owners, contractors, technical advisors,...including among other sectors energy, renewable, oil & gas, offshore and infrastructure projects, process plants, mining and cement.

We work closely with your team, we will never know as much as you about your projects and business so that together with our experience in our area of expertise we can find the best possible solutions for the issues and challenges your project is facing, and protect your project profit.

All projects face challenges – we know, we’ve been there. It’s how we deal with risk, change, conflict, delays, contracts, etc that determine whether projects will deliver the typically narrow margins they were sold with. Our consultancy practice focuses on a pragmatic, results-oriented approach to addressing commercial & contractual challenges such as changes, delay, disruption & financial claims, projetc negotiations, dispute avoidance & resolution, mediation and indepent expert appointments, whilst also providing opportunities to develop your teams’ capabilities and leadership in these areas.

Our primary aim is to reach to amicable settlements during the project life and avoid formal disputes and we can support your teams in contracts, changes and claims management. But we recognize that disputes are often unavoidable – and we have extensive experience in providing support to you at these difficult times.

We provide training in our areas of expertise. Obtain PDUs for your PMI certificate.
Our training programs and workshops are very interactive and participative and involve problem-solving, industry case studies and discussion & work in groups. This approach taps into the experience delegates already bring to the workshop and helps ensure their engagement in the learning content to achieve agreed outcomes.
