Calvin Thant has a diverse work experience spanning from 2017 to 2022. Calvin started their career as a Global Risk Management Intern at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where they executed pre-fieldwork procedures and created workflow templates to enhance efficiency.
In 2018, Calvin worked as a Fraud Risk Management Intern at Morgan Stanley, where they prepared reports for executive meetings and assisted in the training roll-out for a new system.
Moving on to Nexlabs in 2019, Calvin took on the role of Business Development Executive, leading the B2B sales pipeline and contributing to the company's quarterly revenue. Calvin also offered consultation sessions to an F&B retailer transitioning to e-commerce. In their subsequent role as a Business Development Analyst at Nexlabs, Calvin executed lead generation campaigns, developed competitive proposals, and maintained client relationships.
In 2021, Calvin joined Katalon as a Business Development Representative, working on lead generation and sales.
Most recently, in 2022, Calvin joined Anduin Transactions as a Strategy Operations Analyst, where they are responsible for strategic operations.
Calvin Thant attended Northeastern University from 2014 to 2019, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship. In addition to their degree, they obtained various certifications to enhance their skill set. In January 2017, they completed the Bloomberg Market Concepts program offered by Bloomberg. In November 2019, they received certifications in Inbound Marketing and Inbound Sales from HubSpot Academy. In December 2019, they obtained a certification in Content Marketing from the same institution. In September 2020, they completed the Excel Financial Modeling certification from Alpha Institute. Finally, in June 2021, they obtained the Google Project Management: Specialization certification from Coursera.
