About Andy's Cafe: Andy's Cafe represents what Tony calls "Cafe 2.0" – an innovative approach that combines cutting-edge technology with a mission to showcase the unique strengths of the autism community, so beautifully termed the "Autistic Advantage."

The concept includes:
• Advanced in-house roasting technology and robotic arms capable of producing 120 cups of premium coffee per hour
• Direct sourcing from an extended family farm in Vietnam, ensuring both quality and cost advantages
• A culinary team with over 40 years of combined experience in coffee and beverage development
• A diverse menu featuring over 20 distinct types of teas and coffees
• Access to over 3,000 convenience stores nationwide

Thoughtfully designed spaces that optimize accessibility and support employee success. Training programs that help employees apply their skills to daily life beyond the workplace. Beyond the impressive business model, what makes Andy's Cafe truly special is its origin story.

When Tony's son Andy was diagnosed with autism at age 2.5, Tony and his wife found themselves navigating unfamiliar territory with countless questions about Andy's future. Under guidance from doctors at Stanford, they committed to equipping Andy with the tools and support he'd need to thrive.

Now twelve years old, Andy is making remarkable progress, speaking in multiple-word sentences, and demonstrating extraordinary skills with puzzles. Through this personal journey and connecting with other parents at Andy's school, Tony recognized the need for greater support systems, particularly in the Asian community, where mental health discussions have traditionally been limited. He also saw the need for providing opportunities to the autistic community when he read a report that 85% of adults with ASD with a college degree are unemployed.
Andy’s Cafe represents Tony's commitment to changing that narrative while creating sustainable opportunities for the autism community.
